Originally used First Class for full windshield replacement June of 2025 (through insurance). Dropped my car off, they did their initial inspection. Entire process soup-to-nuts took about an hour and a half (due to the previous windshield installation being botched – I’ll let you figure out who that “big company” was). Everyone I encountered from the back to the front was very friendly, very helpful, and the work was done to and above my expectations. Very satisfied with the entire process – swift, easy, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They also offer free chip repair within the first 90 days of service – which I unfortunately had to take advantage of due to a chip. However, this process was also extremely easy and convenient. No appointment necessary; just a walk-in and the process took about 30~ish minutes. Over-all very satisfied with First Class Auto Glass, A++. I will continue to use them for all future needs – very pleased that there’s still locally owned, mom-and-pop businesses that do honest, fair work. Thank you First Class!

I called two other shops with no answer, First Class answered the phone right away. To make it better, I was in first thing in the morning to get a rock chip fixed. They serviced me in a timely manner and gave me a free gift of their first class foaming glass cleaner to go. ❤️💙 From brining to end the service was 10/10 definitely recommend to anyone.

Unbelievable!!! We had an appointment with safelight glass , we drove 21/2 hours to get there and they cancelled our appointment 20 minutes before we got there! I called 1st class and wow! They are ready to help on the spot!!! We are so impressed!! Thank you!!

I have now bought two windshields from first class and in both cases.  They sold me a quality windshield with a timely install and no issues.  The best part was they less expensive as well.

6/5 stars ! Chip repair cost $50. Went to 2 other places prior and got quotes of $175+ and the other wouldn't consider touching it. Nice people. Family friendly waiting area. Walk in for the repair and out in 30 minutes or so. Plan to have any windshield repair work done here in the future and would highly recommend to others based on our experience.

We were traveling through Colorado and outside of Pueblo, we received a large rock to the windshield which left a large star to our rental car.  First Class took the car in immediately and fixed it perfectly. We were able to be on our way in great time. We were so pleased with the service.

These guys were professional and helpful. My window was broken while I was out enjoying the summer day and my purse was stolen. Not only were they fast but they were compassionate about my situation. I called the next morning and they had me right as rain by early afternoon. And they were less pricey than the rest!

Transparent about pricing, as well as the work that gets done. Fixed the issue perfectly and it did not take long. Excellent work all around from everyone, I highly recommend.

I visited First Class Auto Glass last week for a window repair, and they absolutely lived up to their name. The team was friendly, efficient, and delivered top-tier service from start to finish. I was genuinely impressed by how good the whole experience made me feel—especially for something as routine as a car window repair! They turned an inconvenience into something easy and positive. No joke, First Class Auto Glass took care of my windshield repair within minutes. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this business and will return for future auto glass needs.

My rear quarter panel got shattered while driving. Insurance didn’t want to cover it. Safelite wanted to charge me close to $800. I call first class auto glass and first of all they were very nice and helpful through the whole process. Their price was unbeatable. They got me in the very next day and took no more than 30 min to take my shattered window off and replaced. I can’t recommend this business more!

1st Class replaced a windshield on previous vehicle and repaired current vehicle, clear communication and expectation of what was getting fixed, friendly and honest
